The logo was designed using the client’s initials SM cleverly shaped into a house to immediately convey the real estate focus. The brand palette includes sunset coral, ocean turquoise, sandy beige, deep marina blue, and crisp white. The combination of these tones evokes warmth, professionalism, and a strong sense of place. Typography choices were made to balance clarity and sophistication with a modern touch
