We keep data collection to a minimum. We collect:

1. Contact data you give us. When you submit our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, and any information you choose to include in your message.
2. Technical and security data. Our website is delivered through Cloudflare and Vercel. These providers automatically process limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request logs to keep the website secure, available, and functioning correctly.

We do not run advertising pixels, behavioural tracking, or third party analytics on this website. We do not buy personal data or build marketing profiles from your visit.

1. To respond to your enquiries and discuss working together. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to you (Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).
2. To provide our services to clients. Lawful basis: performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
3. To keep the website secure and operational. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in protecting our systems and visitors (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. To meet legal and accounting obligations. Lawful basis: compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

1. Contact form and email enquiries that do not become a client relationship: kept for up to 24 months from your last contact, then deleted.
2. Client records and related accounting documents: kept for 7 years as required by Estonian accounting law.
3. Technical and security logs held by our providers: kept for short retention periods set by those providers, then deleted or anonymised.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed:

1. Vercel Inc. Website hosting and delivery.
2. Cloudflare, Inc. Network security, content delivery, and protection against abuse.
3. Google (Google Workspace). Business email, used to receive and reply to your messages.

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, it is protected by appropriate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or an adequacy mechanism recognised by the EU.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

2. Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
3. Ask us to delete your data.
4. Ask us to restrict how we use your data.
5. Receive your data in a portable format.
